Job Title: Client Services Manager
Location: 3 International Drive, 3rd Floor, Rye Brook, NY 10573

Responsibilities
As a Client Service Manager at OpHedge, you will be crucial in helping us meet our mandate for exceptional client service and maintaining our reputation as the premier services firm in the industry.

  • Working for Managing Director of Client Service and Operations Risk Management
  • Help setup and maintain client relationships
  • Schedule, attend and maintain weekly client meetings and project meetings
  • Assist junior level person to keep track of client request and projects – Send weekly “To Do” list
  • Work with junior staff to follow up with business managers on status of “To Do” list items
  • Reengineer processes to streamline services and provide better service
  • Research problem areas where client service falls short.  Keep track of them
  • Coordinate Audit Requests
  • Coordinate new initiatives or changes needed for new products, processes
  • Review and be familiar with the daily and monthly deliverables to the clients
  • Analyze service to ensure Tiffany’s service
  • Assist with Client questions or operational issues
  • Work with the Operations risk manager to help develop risk monitoring system
  • Assist with monitoring the operational risks.  Follow up with staff and clients as necessary
  • Supervise junior level staff

Qualifications Required
  • 5-10 years experience with Project Management or Client Services
  • Financial Industry experience (strong product knowledge or Operations experience)
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Needs to be professional to handle sensitive client issues
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Analytical skills to learn/monitor how systems and processes are working.
  • Needs to be able to take direction from management
  • Multitask skills essential
  • Must have Supervisor experience
