Peter Sanchez, Chief Executive Officer. Peter Sanchez brings to OpHedge 21 years of industry management experience devoted to operational support.  Most recently, Mr. Sanchez served as Global Head of Wholesale Operations at Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets, where he managed 1700 operations professionals in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia, while having direct responsibility for fixed income and MBS operations, all derivatives and structured products operations, mutual funds operations, shareholder and fund accounting, loan operations, and U.S. and Canadian brokerage operations.   Prior to this most recent position at RBC, Mr. Sanchez ran Global Prime Brokerage Services for RBC Capital Markets.  Mr. Sanchez’ prior employment included the position of Head of Global Operations at Greenwich NatWest/Greenwich Capital and a senior Operations management position at Salomon Brothers.

Edward Martinson, Chief Operating Officer. Before joining OpHedge, Ed Martinson served as Managing Director of Finance and Operations at Oak Hill Platinum Partners, LLC, where his responsibilities included management of the company's operational and financial reporting infrastructure. Previously, Mr. Martinson was a Manager at Moore Capital Management Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of Fund Accounting. Prior to that, he was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick’s New York Financial Services practice, specializing in large multi-national broker dealers and investment companies.

Robert A. Harris, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Harris joined OpHedge following a 23 year career at Zeldes, Needle & Cooper, one of Connecticut’s premier law firms, where he served for several years as managing shareholder, and devoted much of his professional time to issues of corporate governance and fiduciary duty. In 2004 Mr. Harris was recognized as one of six Connecticut “Power Attorneys” by Corporate Connecticut magazine and he has been selected for inclusion in the 2006 edition of "Best Lawyers in America."

Michael A. Heffernan, Principal. Mr. Heffernan joined OpHedge following five years service as Director of Cash Operations at Oak Hill Platinum Partners LLC, where he oversaw all prime brokerage relationships, and managed the daily trade processing. Previously Mr. Heffernan served as the Director of Settlements at Moore Capital Management Inc. and as an Operations Manager in the Fixed Income Division at Morgan Stanley and Co.

Stephen Kane, Principal. Before joining OpHedge, Mr. Kane served from 2000 to 2005 as Oak Hill Platinum Partners LLC’s Director of Contractual Operations. Prior thereto he worked at Long Term Capital Management from 1995 to 1999, where his primary responsibility involved managing Equity and Fixed Income Derivative Operations. Mr. Kane worked at Lehman Brothers Inc. from 1992 to 1995 in Fixed Income and Derivative Operations.

Jeff Li, Chief Information Officer. Mr. Li joined OpHedge after serving as Vice President of the Equity Quantitative Strategies Group of Goldman Sachs & Co., where he oversaw Risk Management, Auto Trading technologies for Program Trading; recognized as the premier program trading house in the world. Prior to his Goldman Sachs employment, Mr. Li was a senior architect at Long Term Capital Management.

John Shannon, Principal. Prior to joining OpHedge, Mr. Shannon co-headed the Controllers Group at Soros Fund Management LLC (SFM). SFM is the principal investment advisor for the Quantum Group of Funds. His responsibilities included middle and back office support, along with calculation of the daily NAV for Quantum Endowment Fund and its subsidiaries. Prior to his tenure at SFM, Mr. Shannon was an Operations Manager at Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, who at that time, was the Prime Broker for the Quantum Group of Funds.

Samuel Thevasaeyan, President, OpHedge Fund Services (Cayman) Ltd. Prior to joining OFS Mr. Thevasaeyan was the Manager of Fund Services at CIBC Bank and Trust Company (Cayman) Limited, providing fund accounting and share holder services to various offshore Hedge Funds from around the globe.

Ying Sun, General Manager and Director, OpHedge Investment Services (Shanghai), Ltd. Prior to joining OpHedge, Ying was the CEO of eRiver Information Technology, which, under her leadership, received the 2004 Innovation Fund by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, Beijing.  Before founding eRiver in 2002, Ms. Sun spent five years at Greenwich Capital developing and reengineering the fixed income trade processing and custom financing systems. Ms. Sun has over a decade of experience in software development throughout the United States and Europe with companies such as Bell Atlantic, Nortel, RBS and HP-Italy.
